The OLE foundation is a four pile grillage and can be used for cantilever or gantry structures on Network Rail.

The foundation has been designed to withstand bending & twisting moments as well as providing stability against deflection. The foundation can be installed using a Ro-Railer & two-three trained installers, from start to finish in approx 2.5 hours.

Screwfast designs are protected through patents pending and filed as well common law copyright. Screwfast design theory is specific to Screwfast piles and anchors and may not be applicable to other piles.

Drawings are generic and may be altered to suit specific applications.

Temporary 30m mast which was totally removed (piles un-screwed) after six months.

Screwfast piles and grillages are ideal for both temporary and permanent mast structures. They are a fast and environmentally friendly foundation system for all types of masts of up to 50m or guyed towers to any height.

The T-Shape grillage is used for the above applications when obstructions require the mast to be offset. The grillage can be rotated through 360 deg.

The whole foundation can be installed from start to finish in 1 hour using a Ro-Railer & two trained installers.

The Y-shaped grillage is used for the above applications on Network Rail. This design gives added stability in the foundation as the piles are raked at 15 deg, giving a greater lateral restraint.

The foundation can be installed using a Ro-Railer & two trained installers in approx 1 hour from start to finish.

The refuge platform is designed for up to 5 people. The foundation can be installed from start to finish in 30 mins using a Ro-Railer & two trained installers. This is a generic system for a vast range of soil & topographies. It is particularly effective at the top of loose / steep embankments.

These pictures are some examples of the locator platforms installed on Network Rail using ScrewFast Foundations. The foundation can be installed using a Ro-Railer or hand installer using two-three trained installers. The platforms can be designed to suit site specific locations, they come in various sizes.

The pictures shown are of a prefabricated retaining wall installed using vertical piles & tie back anchors. This wall was designed for a steep slippery embankment. The retaining wall was installed using a Ro-Railer and trained installers. The price variation is dependent upon size & length.

The foundation pictured to the left is a complete telecommunication compound, housing the mast & the electrical cabin in one secure unit. The picture below shows the base plate of the mast which can be rotated through 360 degrees to correct transmitter orientation no matter which way the compound faces. Alternately a single Pile solution can be used for slim line Monopole masts.

The picture below shows a Yorkon Prefabricated structure supported on ScrewFast CABIN PILES which incorporate a leveling plate at the head of the pile to give very accurate positioning. The other major advantage of the CABIN PILE is that it can be removed & re-used.
